Lesson plan: Activity 10 – CareerVillage.org

This is the 10th activity in the Introduction Sequence. This provides time for students to prepare their final projects. This activity should take you around 15-20 minutes to set up and take students 30 minutes to complete.

Learning Objectives

Students should be able to:

Finalize their Projects (based on the Project Templates they've been working on previously)
Reflect on the progress they've made towards their career goals

Materials

Students:

Internet-connected computer
Ability to communicate with their project group by video or phone (If applicable)

Instructors:

Internet-connected computer
Student roster (if grouping students)

Which elaborates on the following:

Decide whether you want this activity to be group or individual work sessions or a hybrid of the two.
If you are planning to create groups, be prepared to assign students into groups and provide them a means to connect (whether via Google Classroom Video, etc.). We recommend group sizes of 2-3 students.
Decide upon a mode for students to share their work.
